Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to enhance store performance through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and a well-kept sales floor. You will help move product from receipt to sale and serve as a brand ambassador in the local market.

The role requires 1+ year in retail, strong English skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Lift up to 25 lbs and assist with stockroom tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Familiar with cash registers, iPad/laptop, POS and price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
