Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to drive store success with a strong focus on customer service and brand standards. You will assist customers at the cash wrap, ensure a well-maintained sales floor, and support product flow from receipt to point of sale.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a keen eye for fashion trends. Flexibility for a dynamic schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization.
• Ability to work flexibly including nights/weekends.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Promote add-on products and capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
