Job summary

Fendi in Houston seeks an experienced Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service, exceed sales targets, and coach other sales associates. You will manage client relationships, oversee CRM usage, and ensure inventory and brand standards are maintained, while acting as a brand ambassador and contributing to a premium guest experience.

You will lead by example in high-end sales, engage VIP clients, and support store operations with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and mentor colleagues
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory management
• Foreign language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals
• Mentor other sales associates and lead by example
• Maintain client book and CRM records to develop VIP relationships
• Work with leadership to ensure stock and assortments meet demand
• Train new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store policies
• Ensure store policies and health and safety standards are followed
• Maintain merchandising standards and brand presentation per VM guidelines
• Prepare and submit sales/operational reports to management
• Collaborate with management to optimize inventory and cycle counts
• Open/close duties and participate in team meetings as needed
