FENDI in Dallas seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales leverage through extensive product knowledge and adherence to brand standards. The role focuses on client relationship building, CRM compliance, and contributing to an elevated luxury shopping experience.

The successful candidate will manage client books, handle requests, maintain store visuals, and operate the POS system while collaborating with management to protect brand and store performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion.
• Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and respond to client inquiries.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns and other requests.
• Maintain store policies, visuals, and stock levels as directed.
• Proficient use of POS and inventory management systems.
• Acquire product knowledge and company information; stay informed on competition.
• Collaborate with store management and peers to ensure brand standards.
• Train new client advisors on procedures and product knowledge.
• Support monthly team meetings and loss prevention guidelines.
