Job summary

FENDI in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge and CRM tools to build lasting client relationships while adhering to brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexible availability includes some nights and weekends. Benefits include medical insurance and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and follow up with clients.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Maintain professional appearance and follow FENDI dress code.
• Assist in opening/closing the store and team meetings.
