Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and CRM data.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Keep up professional appearance and follow Fendi dress code.
