Responsibilities include lead-by-example selling, training new Advisors, maintaining CRM and POS accuracy, and ensuring stock readiness with leadership. A strong luxury retail background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ luxury retail experience, preferably in a high-end environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to mentor and coach fellow sales associates.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
• Mentor and lead other sales associates to achieve targets.
• Maintain client book and build VIP relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure stock and assortment availability.
• Participate in product knowledge training and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure CRM usage and maintain accurate customer records.
