Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Advisor for the Dallas Highland Park location. You will deliver exceptional service, meet sales goals, maintain client books, handle special requests, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with store teams.

Responsibilities include achieving CRM metrics, stocking, operating the POS system, staying informed on product history, and participating in monthly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills and client service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management is desirable.
• Flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store, category and individual sales goals.
• Maintain client books and build strong client relationships.
• Follow store guidelines and policies at all times.
• Assist with special requests, repairs, returns, and other services.
• Proficient use of POS system and keeping customer records up to date.
• Participate in stock and visual standards maintenance as directed.
• Support training of new Client Advisors and participate in team meetings.
