Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales goals in a luxury retail environment. You will build lasting client relationships, tailor experiences, and leverage clienteling tools to enhance the Fendi brand.

Responsibilities include CRM compliance, meeting sales targets, and participating in training to support product knowledge and store procedures. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory functions.
• Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in stocking/restocking the store.
• Use POS and update customer database accurately.
• Build and maintain client books and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Maintain visual standards and dress code.
• Support store opening/closing and team meetings.
