Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Long-Term Disability policy provisions and medical/vocational considerations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex/high-risk claims and recommend strategies.
• Experience coaching claim professionals and providing actionable feedback.
• Ability to interpret claim data and trends to identify risks and improve quality.
• Ability to adapt technical support and priorities to changing needs.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a Long Term Disability expert to Team Lead and professionals on complex claims.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical/vocational considerations, and claim strategy.
• Coach professionals through complex scenarios and strengthen critical-thinking.
• Provide timely feedback to improve execution and decisions.
• Analyze claim activity to identify trends, risks and opportunities for coaching or process improvement.
• Monitor inventory and performance indicators to maintain block health.
• Support development and delivery of technical training and knowledge sharing.
• Consult on high-risk or complex claims with recommended approaches.
