Qualifications

• 3+ years in Long-Term Disability claim management and conduct.
• Deep knowledge of LTD policy provisions and benefit calculations.
• Ability to interpret medical and vocational considerations for claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to Team Lead and claim professionals.
• Coach on complex or high-risk claims and identify improvement actions.
• Analyze claim activity to spot trends and risks and escalate as needed.
• Support training and knowledge sharing for the team.
• Collaborate to maintain claim block health and timely follow-through.
