Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Workplace Specialist to join the Global Workplace team and support the operations of our London office.

In this role you will own day-to-day workplace operations, act as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders, and lead the development and implementation of local workplace processes. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and Security to ensure a high-quality employee experience across the EMEA region.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Workplace operations for the London office, ensuring a clean, safe, functional and engaging environment.
• Act as the primary Workplace point of contact for the London office, providing proactive support to employees and stakeholders.
• Lead development and implementation of local Workplace processes and procedures.
• Make operational decisions for the London location with sound judgement and escalation as needed.
• Support regional Workplace projects and initiatives to align with the EMEA operating model.
• Position London as a benchmark location and share best practices across EMEA.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Security to deliver seamless operations.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, cost reviews and issue resolution.
• Lead onsite events and employee experience initiatives.
• Plan seating, sustainability, renovations and moves.
• Utilize Workplace tech and space management dashboards and service desk tools.
• Track KPIs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Deliver clear workplace communications and updates on initiatives.
