Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace/ facilities operations in a global tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Office Operations team and set high standards for facilities and services.
• Drive space utilization using data reflecting hybrid work realities.
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure cost discipline across facilities management, cleaning, and security.
• Enhance employee experience with events and hospitality at scale.
• Manage the workplace budget (Opex/Capex) including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Analyze occupancy and badge data to inform space-utilization strategies.
• Lead strategic vendor management from RFP to SLAs across services.
• Partner with senior leadership to align workplace ops with company goals.
