Qualifications

• 6+ years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management in a global high-tech environment.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multiple sites or regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations and employee experience.
• Lead the Office Operations team and set high standards for facilities and services.
• Optimize space using data-driven decisions reflecting hybrid work realities.
• Manage vendor partnerships across cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance.
• Lead employee experience initiatives and engagement at scale.
• Use Excel for occupancy, badge data, and space-utilization analysis.
• Own the workplace budget (Opex/Capex), including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Deliver hospitality experiences consistent with cost discipline and efficiency.
• Drive strategic vendor management from RFP to SLA enforcement across sites.
