Coterie Senior Living, a premier senior living community, seeks a Resident Engagement Program Specialist to coordinate engaging daily activities for AL/IL residents and foster a strong sense of community.

This role partners with the Resident Engagement Director to plan events, lead programs, and manage participant records, with a focus on wellbeing and staff collaboration. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric residents or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Strong communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Vaccination as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required; may drive company or personal vehicle.
• Ability to operate office and AV technology; flexible scheduling incl. weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead Community Programming with the Resident Engagement Director to plan and schedule events.
• Lead Resident Engagement programs and participate in evaluation activities.
• Maintain records of programs, participation, and state-mandated reporting.
• Market Engagement Calendar and update daily events as needed.
• Develop programming aligned with residents' interests and community standards.
• Collaborate with staff to implement programs across all service offerings.
