Coterie, a luxury senior living brand by Atria Senior Living, seeks a Resident Engagement Specialist in New York, NY. You will lead programs that promote wellness and community among AL/IL residents, coordinating activities with the Resident Engagement Director.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility for varied hours, and a valid driver's license; vaccination records are required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or a 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record at hire.
• Expertise in wellness, fitness, arts & humanities, or music therapy.
• Driver’s license required for driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Resident Engagement programs and partner with the Director to plan and schedule events.
• Maintain records of programs, participation, and compliance as required by state law.
• Market the Engagement Calendar and ensure daily events are posted and updated.
• Engage residents to promote participation and foster a strong sense of community.
• Support move‑in residents with tours and introductions to amenities.
• Collaborate with Memory Care teams for daily program planning.
