Job summary

You will lead group and one-on-one activities, coordinate events and outings, and assist in creating newsletters, with a focus on physical, mental, and social well-being for residents. Flexible weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow plans; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead group and individual activities, events, outings.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter and decorate for events.
• Document outcomes and review progress notes.
• Assist Resident Lifestyle Director as needed.
• Support trips reservations and resident safety.
