Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in creating and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. The role focuses on promoting physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of senior-care experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following planned schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience working with seniors preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with group and individual activities, exercise, and outings.
• Facilitate games, conversations, and arts activities.
• Assist in decorating for events, holidays and seasonal celebrations.
• Coordinate the monthly newsletter and document outcomes as required.
• Support external trip planning and resident safety during outings.
