Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a part-time Resident Lifestyle Assistant to design, coordinate, and lead daily enrichment activities for active residents. You will support the Resident Lifestyle Director in creating meaningful programs that promote physical, mental and social well-being.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 6–12 months' experience with seniors; proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to work independently and flexibly, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of relevant experience working with seniors and leading life enrichment activities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
• Excellent communication, friendly, organized and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with group activities, exercise and outings.
• Facilitate games, conversations, art/music, trips and events.
• Support monthly newsletter coordination.
