Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from initial meetings to signed contracts. You will lead engagements with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, guiding complex negotiations to successful closures.

You will manage long, consultative cycles with multiple stakeholders and drive expansion across locations and services once a group signs.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle for large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for high-impact deals.
