Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings with ownership to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, aimed at securing multi-location, high-value accounts across the US and Canada.

You will close strategic deals through a long, consultative process, supported by inbound meetings and our sales development team.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
