Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Sales Outreach & Events Coordinator to partner with the Sales Manager and Executive Director to improve occupancy at the community. You will respond to inquiries from residents and families and support timely administration of sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, maintaining occupancy goals, using the sales system to track data, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-5 years administrative sales experience, preferably in retirement industry or medical field.
• Proven track record with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain and/or improve community occupancy level and revenue production in accordance with business and marketing plans including Marketing events.
• Utilizes the sales processes, systems and forms for sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
• Provides administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinates and completes all activities needed for the sale and converts deposits to move-ins. Also plans and executes Marketing events.
• Prepares data for weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintains working knowledge of the sales management system and uses it to develop reports. Inputs sales and marketing activities, as directed and in a timely manner.
• Help to manage sales process by understanding prospective residents' needs and educating them about the community's services and programs.
• Help to coordinate and complete all activities needed for sales, including visiting prospects, homes, conducting initial assessments or sales presentations, and ensuring all required forms are completed prior to move-in.
