Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to drive occupancy growth through strategic outreach, relationship building with referral sources, and proactive lead management. You will oversee tours, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with regional teams to implement marketing strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years of relational sales, preferably in senior living, with a track record of meeting sales goals and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's in marketing/business preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years relational sales experience, preferably in assisted living or related healthcare settings.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Lead generation, tours, and relationship building with referral sources.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue goals through strategic planning and marketing plans.
• Supervise and motivate sales team; manage CRM (Yardi) data accuracy.
