Job summary

Cogir USA seeks a Sales Outreach/Events Coordinator to partner with the Sales Manager and Executive Director to boost community occupancy and ensure resident and family inquiries are answered promptly. The role supports timely sales and marketing efforts and coordinates events to drive move-ins.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy targets, using sales systems to track data, providing admin support, and increasing community awareness through external events and local engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–5 years administrative sales experience, preferably in retirement or medical field.
• Proven track record and focus on customer service.
• Ability to perform duties with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/improve occupancy and revenue through marketing events.
• Use sales processes and systems to track data, compile reports, and meet occupancy goals.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinate sales activities and convert deposits to move-ins; plan marketing events.
• Prepare data for weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain knowledge of the sales system and input activities in a timely manner.
• Assist in understanding residents' needs and educate them about services.
• Coordinate activities for sales, including visits, assessments, and move-ins paperwork.
• Increase community awareness through outside events and local groups.
