Job summary

Cogir Management Senior Living USA is seeking a Sales Outreach/Events Coordinator to collaborate with the Sales Manager and Executive Director to boost occupancy and resident satisfaction. The role involves handling inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and coordinating events to attract prospective residents and families.

The position reports to the Marketing Director/Executive Director and requires ability to manage sales processes, generate reports, and participate in community outreach

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required in a sales-focused environment.
• Experience coordinating administrative sales tasks and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain or improve community occupancy and revenue through marketing events.
• Use sales processes and forms to track information and generate reports.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinate and complete activities for sales, convert deposits to move-ins, and plan marketing events.
• Prepare data for weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain knowledge of the sales management system and input activities timely.
• Assist in understanding prospective residents' needs and educate them about services.
• Support visits to prospects/homes and ensure forms are completed before move-in.
• Increase community awareness through outside events and local involvement.
