Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead all sales and marketing efforts for one or more communities. You will drive occupancy growth through strategic planning, relationships with referral sources, and targeted outreach.

You will supervise the sales team, manage marketing plans, track leads, tours, and conversions while collaborating with regional teams to ensure high resident satisfaction and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in relational sales, preferably in assisted living/independent living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Professional ethics with a positive attitude and strong verbal/written communication; able to motivate others.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and possibly evenings/weekends.
