Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to oversee outreach, drive occupancy, and build relationships with referral sources. The role focuses on strategic planning, tours, and lead generation to achieve community goals.

The position requires 3–5 years in relational sales in senior living or related sectors, with strong communication, teamwork, and ownership of marketing plans. Evening/weekend flexibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relational sales experience, preferably in assisted living or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in marketing/business preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals; ability to work evenings/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute all sales and marketing strategies for the community to meet occupancy goals.
• Lead the annual marketing plan with input from leadership and operations teams.
• Build and manage lead base, respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue per business plans; supervise sales staff and report activity.
