Job summary

Cogir Senior Living, a growth-oriented operator of senior living communities, seeks a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to drive occupancy through strategic outreach and partnerships.

You will lead marketing plans, manage leads, tours, and collaboration with regional sales to meet occupancy goals, while maintaining resident satisfaction and a strong brand presence. Experience in relational sales and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Relational sales experience in assisted living, independent living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong time management, initiative, and judgment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and manage the annual marketing plan with executive director and teams.
• Develop and manage the lead base; respond to inquiries in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue per marketing plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for prospective residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Maintain CRM (Yardi) accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team.
• Foster resident satisfaction by building relationships with residents and staff.
• Participate in outreach events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Manage marketing budget and pricing for ads, directories, and events.
