Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to drive occupancy goals across its communities. You will manage outreach, build relationships with referral sources, conduct tours, and partner with the regional sales team to implement marketing strategies.

Expectations include responding to inquiries, guiding tours, and maintaining strong resident satisfaction. You will oversee the sales team, manage budgets, and ensure accurate CRM usage (Yardi)

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor's preferred in marketing/business or related field.
• 3–5 years relational sales experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and team-focused mindset; ability to meet sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design the annual marketing plan with leadership input.
• Build lead base and respond to inquiries, including tours for prospective residents.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue according to plans.
• Supervise and motivate sales team; manage CRM (Yardi).
