Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own major, multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract. You will close large opportunities that cover multiple communities, working with owners and regional operators.

A strategic, long-cycle process is expected with no direct reports. You will lead full-cycle negotiations, coordinate with our leadership team, and expand engagements across locations and services as groups sign on.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expand by adding locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on the deals that matter most.
