Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This role focuses on senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities.

You will close strategic accounts without direct reports, with inbound meetings and a sales development team feeding opportunities. The seat targets $2M in annual quota across multi-location groups, with deals that span multiple locations and services.

Formación

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on large multi-location deals.
• Engage owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Expand within groups to add locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists to tailor proposals for strategic accounts.
