Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests in a welcoming, service-oriented environment. The role covers front desk coverage, coordination of resident services, and maintaining efficient operations within the community.

You will assist with inquiries, schedule transportation or activities, and support management with administrative tasks while upholding confidentiality and high standards of customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months in customer service or front desk roles in hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly.
• Greet residents, families, visitors and vendors warmly.
• Monitor access and maintain visitor logs.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks and light clerical work.
• Order office supplies and manage basic office duties.
• Address resident concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Complete work orders and coordinate with maintenance as required.
