Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to serve as the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional service, creating a welcoming environment and coordinating resident services with efficiency.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling transportation and activities, handling inquiries, and supporting management with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct inquiries as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a welcoming attitude.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.
• Order office supplies and manage basic administrative tasks.
• Address resident concerns or questions and escalate when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
