Legend Senior Living is seeking an exceptional Concierge to welcome residents and guests at the front desk, share information about local attractions, and coordinate tours. You will relay messages to the appropriate department and help ensure a warm, efficient first impression in a healthful community.

The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and prior front-desk experience in a similar setting. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Required: Excellent customer service skills.
• Required: Strong organizational skills.
• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information about festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensures model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.
