Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to act as the first contact for residents, families, visitors and guests at a California community. The role includes front desk coverage and delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming, organized environment.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate resident services, manage calls, logs, and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation and activities. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of front desk or customer service experience in a similar setting.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and vendors warmly.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Order office supplies and complete work orders.
