Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to be the first contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere in the community.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating transportation and activities, assisting with scheduling, and supporting management with administrative tasks. High school diploma required; 6–12 months in similar settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months front desk or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and direct inquiries.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and vendors warmly.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with admin tasks and data entry.
• Manage office supplies and complete work orders.
