Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors at our California community. You will manage front desk operations and coordinate resident services with a welcoming, supportive approach.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of front desk or customer service experience and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Formación

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience required.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Patience and willingness to assist residents, visitors, and team members.
• Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
