Cogir Senior Living seeks a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment and coordinating resident services with efficiency.

Responsibilities include greeting callers and visitors, scheduling transportation and activities, handling light clerical work, maintaining logs, and supporting management with administrative tasks while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of front desk or customer service experience recommended.
• Experience in hospitality, retirement living, or office environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a welcoming demeanor.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, and light clerical tasks.
• Order office supplies as needed.
• Address resident concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Complete work orders and facility requests.
