Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a friendly Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. The role includes front desk coverage and delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and supportive environment.

You will address inquiries, coordinate resident services, and maintain efficient front desk operations, ensuring a positive experience across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct inquiries.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, and light clerical tasks.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns and escalate to management.
• Complete work order requests.
