Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in the United States seeks a friendly Concierge to be the first contact for residents, families, visitors and guests, delivering warm, professional front desk service and creating a welcoming community. You will answer calls, greet people, assist residents with transportation and activities, handle basic admin tasks, and escalate issues to management as needed.

Requires 6–12 months of front desk experience and a high school diploma; proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors and vendors in a welcoming manner.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with light administrative tasks and data entry.
• Address resident concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
