Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work.

You will close high-value enterprise accounts with senior living operators and home care groups. Our sales development team and inbound pipeline supply qualified meetings, so your time is spent on closing, negotiating and expanding after

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
