Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living. You own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations and stakeholders across ownership and operations.

You will close high-value accounts remotely, with inbound leads and a dedicated sales development team feeding qualified meetings. This role is a strategic, individual contributor position with substantial quota and impact.

Qualifications

• Records of closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Deal with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Draft proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
