Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-location groups with a strategic, long sales cycle, guided by our SDRs and inbound leads.

This is a remote, individual contributor role targeting senior living operators across North America. You will manage full-cycle sales on multi-location accounts, expanding services after signing a group.

Formación

• Close $1M+ annually on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers; not a single-shot sale.

Responsabilidades

• Own full deal cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for major deals.
