Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic senior living accounts with multi-location operators.

You will close multi-million dollar opportunities with ownership, regional operators and marketing leaders, working remotely from the USA or Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annual deals with multi-location senior living groups.
• Experience selling to enterprise buyers and multi-location operators.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close for large multi-location deals (3–12 months).
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after sign-on.
• Collaborate with strategists to build compelling proposals for key deals.
