Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own the full sales cycle for multi-location senior living operators. You will start with discovery, move through proposals, negotiate terms and close deals that span multiple locations.

This role is remote (USA or Canada). You will focus on large, strategic accounts with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports, reporting into leadership on deals that cover whole groups and unlock expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing large deals (1M+ per year)
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
• Prefer closing business over people management

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle for large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table
• Drive expansion across locations and services after a deal signs
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals
