Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to drive large multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract. You own the full cycle, with a 2M annual quota on select accounts, and operate independently with no direct reports.

You will engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in long, consultative cycles, expanding locations and services as groups sign on. Remote within USA or Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annual multi-location or enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Independent contributor with no direct reports; closing business is priority.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals from discovery to close.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signings.
• Collaborate with strategists to build proposals for high-impact deals.
