Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work.

Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing. In this remote, individual-contributor role, you will close deals with owners, regional operators and marketing

Competenze

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over managing people.
