Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own and close large multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, targeting senior living groups with widespread locations, remote across USA and Canada.

You will drive long consultative sales cycles, coordinate with owners and operators, and expand successful groups across additional locations and services, prioritizing closing over team management.

Qualifications

• Closing large multi-location deals (1M+).
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large senior living deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3 to 12 months.
• Interact with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts to cover additional locations and services after winning.
