Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports.

You will engage senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities, coordinating with our sales development team and inbound leads to focus on high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling to senior living groups or marketing/agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling proposals for top deals.
