Blacksmith Agency is seeking an autonomous Head of Sales for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from the first meeting to signed contracts. You will close strategically with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders across senior living groups, often across many locations.

No direct reports; you’ll manage high-stakes opportunities independently. In this remote role (USA or Canada), you’ll drive a $2M annual quota, supported by inbound and a capable sales development team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Expand to more locations and services after group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists for deal proposals.
